We have a roof (well, almost)

We are starting to breathe a little easier around here (but not much). There is now plywood on the roof, and we are getting closer to having a place that can withstand the coming winter. Here's Eben putting on the first few sheets, which thankfully, went a lot easier than he was expecting. It's a steep slope.
The first of our red windows went in (I'm pretty excited about them!) Most of the exterior of the garage is now sheeted too!
We had a lot of help this weekend from friends and family. Matt, Pete, Cindy and Marcia (Eben's mom) lent a hand.
See how much fun it is to work on our house...you know you want to come help too!
It's hard to tell because the roof is so darn high, but it's got wood on it!
I love the look of all the rafters up there. Amazing progress considering Eben has a real job, and this is an afterwork and weekend project.
